Technical Support Engineer – ideal for someone who’s worked in a service desk environment and wants to further their technical skills with new technologies – excellent training provided.
As a Technical Support Engineer you will work side by side with talented TechOps professionals and you will be provided training in all aspects of the role. It is essential to hold strong trouble shooting and have a keen eye for problem solving!
You will provide support and management during and after the installation of Infrastructure and application suites.
* Excellent trouble shooting/ problem solving
* Microsoft operating systems
* Windows Servers administration
* SQL Server (desirable)
* Familiar with ITIL principals
* Azure management
* PowerShell (desirable)
This position will start off home based, eventually bringing you into the office in Milton Keynes.
