We are looking for a Web Developer to join our diverse and talented Digital Marketing Department. At Anglian we operate an in house Digital Marketing Dept and Web Development Team within this and at this time we are looking for a back end Web Developer with C# skills to join the team.

You will help develop, maintain and deliver new functionalility to the AHI website, careers site and other internal intranet sites, through editing existing and creating new website templates and components to improve the AHI internal and external websites and careers site.  You will assist with site roll outs to deploy changes to the live site and perform rigorous testing of back-end systems, assist with site roll outs to deploy changes to the live site and perform rigorous testing of back-end systems and adhere to a set of coding standards that the website is reviewed, maintained and developed in accordance with, to ensure quality does not deteriorate over time.

Responsibilities & Duties

Maintain the CMS system for AHI website and help digital team with CMS support
Monitor site load speed regularly
Assist line management with the ongoing development and delivery of Anglian’s digital marketing strategy
Support delivery of a conversation rate optimisation programme for the AHI website
On time and quality delivery of site updates and digital projects
Undertake any reasonable duties as directed by line management to achieve company objectives
What We Need

Back-end development skills, C# .Net, MVC
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written format
Strong IT skills
Ability to work with Windows servers and Visual Studio
A methodical and organised approach to change management
Strong knowledge of web development and coding best practices
Skills administrating and working with CMS systems
Strong digital and web development experience in a similar role
Experience in a fast-paced working environment.
Business and commercial acumen
