VR Tech Support – Oculus
Exciting opportunity to join a company who are implementing Virtual Reality into their business. VR has been conceptually implemented at present, our client are looking for an experienced VR Tech Support Lead to take their adoption of VR to the next level.
Management of Oculus Headsets including maintenance, configuring headsets, safe storage and use, warranty claims/replacements.
Working third-party suppliers and internal teams on securing new apps, deployments & firmware/software updates.
Attend forums and events – researching immerging technology and recommend on how to improve the current experience
Managing the distribution of headsets, ensuring all hardware is returned, tracked, & insured.
Run training sessions & demos with varying different audiences across the business
Providing day to day technical support & troubleshooting
Management of licenses and renewal dates for users across all apps
Resolving technical tickets via email, phone, and face to face.
Dealing with complex tickets, identifying problem, finding solutions, and testing outcome.
Coaching and training of junior team members.
