Role: Training Consultant (ERP / HRP Solutions)
Salary: £45 – 48K + £5K Bonus + Employee Benefits
Location: UK remote

Key skills required: Software Training, ERP / HRP solutions, (mainly virtual training)

Summary:

This is a great opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative Training Team delivering Application Training to UK wide customers on their market leading ERP / HRP solution. The Training Consultant will support Customers throughout on-boarding / implementation of the new system from training Super-Users through to wider User delivery and across all product modules including HR, Finance, payroll etc.

Our Customer:

Our Customer is a highly successful software solutions consultancy, delivering a range of IT Solutions and Support Services to business customers across the UK.

Main Tasks:

* Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to document training requirements and system processes.

* Create engaging training materials including presentations, guides, and videos.

* Deliver mainly virtual training for business system applications, (with the occasional need to deliver on-site training).

* Manage project on-boarding and implement customised training solutions.

* Gather and analyse business Training requirements.

* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate training sessions.

Experience required:
* 3+ years Software training experience of business applications, ideally ERP or HRP solutions

* Experience in delivering engaging training remotely to Super Users and end user groups.
* Some experience delivering training into Public Sector organisations beneficial, (not essential)

* Strong communication skills, drive and energy to deliver quality based training services to Users of all levels.
