We are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic Norfolk-based group to recruit for a Test Analyst. This role is predominently remote working, though you must be able to travel to their office in Norwich on a regular basis.
 
Responsibilities

Develop clear and concise test cases from requirements, executing them manually and reporting defects meticulously
Ensure existing functionality remains intact through thorough regression testing
Prioritize testing efforts based on risk assessment and conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues
Manage test data effectively, preparing and validating it for accurate test environments
Perform non-functional testing and API validation using appropriate tools
Design and build custom test automation frameworks, integrating them into CI pipelines
Collaborate with the team in defect identification, reporting, and resolution, conducting root cause analysis
Monitor defect trends and metrics, contributing to continuous improvement efforts
Implement data-driven testing and automate integration tests across components
Apply Scrum principles effectively, actively participating in Scrum events and contributing to product value delivery 
 
Experience Required

Minimum of 3 years’ experience of Automated & Manual Test
Experience of using Selenium
A good understanding and prior experience of Agile frameworks, including Scrum
Strong communication & consulting skills
