Technology Strategy Manager required with proven background in forming technology strategy within a large scale digital / technology environment and a blend of strategy /analysis /leadership combined with excellent stakeholder / relationship management skills to help form / and drive the formation of a group technology strategy and deliver strategic change is required by digital tech giant going through large scale transformation in London.
As a Technology Strategy Manager you will have skills in the majority of
Scoping and forming large scale technology strategy or group technology strategy ideally within a large-scale digital business
Proven skills in analysis and requirements capture to help formulate and deliver the end to end technology strategy
Strong skills in stakeholder management and developing relationships / relationship management and having difficult conversations and enabling decision making
Experience of being impartial to help facilitate decision making and acting as an intermediary and sounding board to discuss trade off’s and making recommendations for strategic decisions etc
You will be a highly organised individual with track record of delivery and managing senior stakeholders / with complex priorities up to CX0 level.
Experience of delivering complex strategic change, being a facilitator and partner for overseeing the implementation and change without being in a position to dictate.
Project / Programme Delivery skills
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with strong Agile ethic and customer centric values, enabling competitive advantage by improving time to market
Strong collaborative skills to work across large scale technology function
Excellent skills in communicating and producing reports for senior level
Developing senior relationships across the technology divisions up to CXO level
Providing clear communications around all aspects including objectives and outcomes and the potential impacts of the strategy to ensure they are understood.
