Data-Driven Technology Lead | £70-£90k | Not-For-Profit Organisation

Are you a seasoned data-driven professional looking to use the power of data to produce solutions that offer real-world applications?

Our client is a non-profit organisation, through collaboration with partners they design, build and scale data solutions that help tackle societal challenges.

They are seeking a data-driven Technology Lead to provide strategic direction over a team, and lead the technical development across projects. You will serve as the primary technical consultant in a client-facing position, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring comprehensive project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Guide client interactions in sales, shaping technical needs and limits
Develop team capabilities through hiring, training, and coaching
Ensure technical excellence and standards through staff oversight
Contribute to organisational strategy by identifying goals and partnerships
Stay updated on emerging technologies and their impact
Experience required:

Proficient in tooling such as Python, Git, Terraform and JavaScript
Familiar with cloud-hosting platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Computer
Senior-level experience in technology leadership and team leadership
Background in a consultancy or client-facing role
Leading the development of new data-driven solutions
Providing oversight and quality assurance across projects, including information security considerations
