Technical Trainer (Unreal Engine) – Contract – Day rate negotiable

About the Role

In this role, with your passion for developing others, you will deliver a defined curriculum program for early career technical hires on their journey to become skilled Technology professionals. The multi-modal training courses combine instructor led training, lab exercises, scenario-based project sprints, and more to develop and hone digital skills and professional development skills.

IN4.0 Group has been successful in securing fantastic new opportunities with continued growth during the COVID 19 pandemic. We are seeking to deliver additional digital training programmes.
Below are the expectations on your job role:

Deliver defined curriculum of an internal customer facing technical education program
Supporting to ensure SME engagement per program requirements
Administer LMS tasks such as scheduling sessions, registering participants and creating instructor resources
Partner with the learning strategy team to preserve consistent program experience for all learners globally through defined curriculum, milestones, and interactions
Develop and document workflows and processes
Provide content and class feedback to learning strategy team to drive improvements
Support with tech projects for both bootcamps and programmes
Support with learner recruitment which will include attending events and conducting learner interviews
Supporting and providing mentoring on our bootcamps and apprenticeships as required.
Experience required:

Experience in similar role for 1 to 2 years (preferable)
Qualifications in Unreal (Ideally Unreal Authorised Instructor)
Working in a small agile team
Experience in developing projects
Must have excellent stand–up/online delivery and facilitation skills and strong “stage presence” that drive key learning outcomes and motivate application beyond the classroom.
Curiosity and passion around learning
Microsoft proficient
Excellent communication skills
Time management
Curriculum design skills
Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills
