Technical Support Engineer – Basingstoke – Up to £45k
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to play a key role in supporting a new 2nd/3rd line support function within an emerging technology company.
The salary for this role is up to £45,000 depending on experience and can offer flexible working arrangements including remote working. Benefits include: Private medical, perkbox and more.
Provide support around integraton to microservice infrastructure
Provide 2nd/3rd line support to internal and external customers
Assist in 1st line internal queries alongside the 1st line support desk
Onboard new starters and offboard leavers
Help manage the internal Jira service desk requestsRequired skills:
Experience working within a 2nd/3rd line support function
Application support – de-bugging skills
Bespoke Linux systems
Will be familiar with DevOps practices
Azure – desirable but not essential
Salesforce – desirable but not essential
