Technical Service/Help Desk Analyst
A great opportunity to join a IT Solutions company for a talented Support Analyst. This is a full-time post based in their Bromsgrove office. You will be joining a team of a friendly and talented people running a busy help desk, offering 2nd/3rd line support to a range of different clients.
You should have several years experience in a similar role and ideally be MS Certified (MCSE, MCSA or MCP). Good verbal and written communication skills are essential . Good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, networking and Servers.
