Job Description

Fantastic entry-level role to join a thriving product development company as a Technical Support Engineer.
 
You will be responsible for providing second-line support to external distributors and customer service engineers for cutting-edge control systems. This Technical Support Engineer role will involve supporting engineers in the field via phone and email, and additionally investigating faults in any returned goods.
 
At other times, you will be able to assist with product testing before release to help verify that products meet their requirements, through testing on simulated lab/bench setups, as well as in real-world machinery environments. You will work with the software team to help take products from initial concept through to delivery.
 
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading companies and showcase innovative products and services.
 
Technical Support Engineer essential requirements:

Solid IT skills.
Technical problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills.
Ideally, a driving license or learning to drive. 
Technical Support Engineer desirable skills:

Software Testing experience, such as familiarity with testing methodologies and tools
