My client who is a telecommunications company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to start with them ASAP.

Role Responsibilities & skills –
1-2 years experience in windows platform, windows installation, troubleshooting issues, and ticketing tooling knowledge.
Service desk experience – troubleshooting on windows, effectively handling and dealing with requests, resolving issues.
