Our client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their service desk team in Macclesfield!

Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities:
Resolve 3rd Line incidents
Act as a technical lead for any major incidents or priority 1 situations
Supporting new product releases through testing, evaluation and onboarding stages
Providing an escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk Engineers
Identifying opportunities for improvement both technically and with processes
Delivering against their SLA’s
Technical Support Engineer Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably working for an MSP
Clear and confident communication skills
A proven problem solver
Able to deliver and troubleshoot complex technical solutions
Strong documentation skills
Good time management and prioritisation skills
Positive team working ethos and commitment to delivery and learning
Enjoy working in a fast paced and pressured role.
Windows Server (AD, DNS, Group Policy, etc.)
Firewalls (preferably FortiGate)
Qualifications (one or more of the following):
MCSE: Core Infrastructure
MCSA: Windows Server
MCSA: Office 365
