Simply Recruit are working with an expanding group who are looking to add a Technical Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line) to support and guide the team based in their Stewarton office. You will be joining a fast paced and dynamic company who cover a range of services, working closely with the IT Director.
Our client provide a number of service solutions for their clients, such as
* IT infrastructure
* Software services
* Print & design plus much more
The role will be to support the existing team and clients with IT hardware, software or networking issues. The role will be a mix of remote and onsite support with regular client visits required. A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 is highly advantageous for this role.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role or be ready to take this next step in their career and should have at least an HNC or equivalent in a relevant field.
The role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday covering the core hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
