Your day to day responsibilities include:

Providing outstanding Customer Service as part of the 1st/2nd line Service Desk Team via email and phone

Triaging and managing tickets raised via our Incident Management System (IMS) & troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring relevant solutions are implemented within agreed SLA times

Liaising with their International teams to report on issues and maintain the quality of their software globally

Working with Project Managers & developers to ensure software updates are developed and deployed where required pending incidents received via the IMS

Providing dedicated services to their biggest clients via pro-active support, remote support and monitoring, reporting and continuous improvements to ensure smooth process flow of their requirements.

· Answering internal enquiries of a technical and Project-related nature

· Assist with hardware delivery by building network monitoring devices ready for dispatch

· Supporting Customers with the deployment and management of devices in the field

· Answering internal enquiries of a technical and Project-related nature

· Providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to the IT Services team

We require you to have:

· Previous experience in a similar role

· Fluent written & spoken English skills

· Good IT and problem-solving skills

· Team player

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Applicant should already have legal right to work in the UK


· Studying or completed a relevant degree (IT, telecoms, electronic engineering)

· An interest or knowledge of telecoms, mobile networks

· Passion for technology especially smartphones

· Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 27001 standards

· Any database experience (SQL)

· Knowledge of any Geographic Information System
