Salary £25,000 – £35,000

This role will be responsible for technical support for the IT technical infrastructure, helpdesk support for internal users (onsite and remote) as well as, server and network support. You will have the ability to self-direct and work well in a team, interacting with all levels of employees and management.
Responsibilities
Project implementation, IT Service delivery, and new technology integration
The 'go to' for all user support
Maintain technical infrastructure
Assist with implementation of system hardware and software changes
Configure software, monitors, computers, and network infrastructureRequirements
Proven knowledge of the following: Active Directory, Group policy, Windows server, PC hardware, networking in a Microsoft environment
Experience in project management
Ability to perform well under pressure, be organised, and have strong written and verbal communication skills (effectively translate business needs into technology solutions)
Experience with virtualisation (VMware, vSphere) and switching infrastructure is desirable
