We are looking for a Technical Services Expert to work on complex Microsoft enterprise scale solutions
You will have a track record working in a support environment. Your role will involve the maintenance, support and administration of customer platforms and working collaboratively with colleagues. We are looking for an individual who wishes to progress their career and can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision as part of your career progression, there is an opportunity, for the right person, to learn more about leading technologies such as M365, D365, Power Platform and managing business solutions for several of our key customer accounts
Your Experience
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Experience of performing 2nd and 3rd Line Technical support and being able to resolve incidents independently and within SLA
Exposure to SSIS, SSRS and SQL
Development experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous
* HTML
* C#
* Umbraco
Note: Must be able to attain UK Security Clearance.
