My social housing client is urgently looking for a number of experienced 1st/2nd line Technical Service Desk Support Analysts for permanent roles, based in their Sevenoaks head office, with significant remote working.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, this role will provide ongoing technical support via Citrix based applications and VMware. MS-Azure experience is also required along with previous Service Desk call logging system experience as my client is implementing Fresh Service in the coming weeks.
There will be lots of home/remote working opportunities with up to 2 days a week working from home. Strong customer service skills are a must for this role and any previous experience with a Tech Bar would be beneficial.
Previous experience supporting housing management systems would be very helpful in this role though an ability to be able to quickly learn new applications, from a support perspective, is great. There is some occasional, local travel associated with this role so please ensure that you are fully mobile and enable to fulfil this requirement.
