Change Digital Recruitment is excited to be working with an international financial services company to recruit several Technical Project Managers. These roles are all contract positions with an expectation that they will run through the end of December 2024.

Based in Edinburgh there is an expectation (due to the nature of the project) that the successful candidates are expected to be office based for 4 out of 5 days per week. This is a requirement for the role and there is no negotiation on this.

The role demands a candidate with a robust background in managing technical projects, Technical Project Manager will be expected to navigate complex challenges with strategic acumen and strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
– Overseeing project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables align with business objectives.
– Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
– Managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
– Implementing best practices in project management and continuous improvement processes.
– Communicating progress and risks to stakeholders at all levels.

Essential Skills & Experience:
– A minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical project management role.
– Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
– Proficiency in project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).
– A relevant degree or professional qualification in Project Management or a related field.
