Working for a global FMCG company, the Technical Project Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting the Programme Manager in mobilising and delivering a cyber remediation programme across a number of the company’s global R&D sites.

A recent Risk Assessment for R&D has established that that there are several challenges with respect to the cyber security controls within the R&D sites, specifically with respect to bespoke IT that sits outside the company’s corporate IT service model. It also identified a potential but as yet unknown risk with associated 3rd parties who support and/or collaborate with the R&D function.

The proposed cyber security programme will consist of 3 distinct phases:

1. Asset Discovery & Inventory
2. Asset Classification, Remediation design and Planning
3. Remediation implementation and operation

The programme will pilot this approach across a pilot site and, if successful deploy across other sites.

The core purpose of the role is to support the successful delivery of the remediation programme, reducing the cyber risk exposure to the business.
