I'm looking to speak to experienced Technical Lead Developer to help build and grow this burgeoning business investment company based near Christchurch, Dorset.
As the Technical Lead Developer for this company, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the business forward and this opportunity would suit someone with a truly entrepreneurial mindset. Working alongside the Directors of the business initially focusing on a development project to get one of their most successful investments off the ground initially, you'll then from around 12 months in have the opportunity to potentially join as a director of the business. As such this position will suit someone who can see the growth potential of this business and is looking to really build a successful career.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous Technical Lead Development experience and from day one will take ownership of many company websites, working on platform performance and all full back-office systems. You'll have knowledge of email marketing, SEO & HTML, extensive knowledge of WordPress, Full Stack Development and Back-office systems and platforms. You will be tasked with sourcing and maintaining new accounts, creating engaging content, managing company sites, and upholding a general quality side appearance. You'll also be experienced with usage of links to maximise clicks and traffic referrals. Longer term as they are looking for you to become a director within the company, you'll also possess strong leadership qualities or show signs that you could develop them. You'll have knowledge of email marketing, SEO & HTML, extensive knowledge of WordPress, Full Stack Development and Back-office systems and platforms.
Company culture is very important in this company and you'll join a business that very much takes a work hard, play hard mentality. You'll be working in the office 3 days a week and be able to work from home 2 days, although this business prides itself on its office environment, so if you want to work from the office full time the opportunity is very much there.
In exchange for your efforts, you'll be paid an initial salary of £35,000-£45,000 and be eligible for a £10,000-£15,000 yearly performance-based allowance, plus free parking.
