Technical Support Engineer

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer to join a GOV organisation to support their Technical Hub to drive ticket management.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing continuous support and taking steps to improving service support.

Experience:

Troubleshooting and repairing PC's and Laptops
HP and Dell Understanding
Technical updates
Triage on Technical Hardware
Service Maintenance
Liaise and Arrange Parts for Technical Equipment
Manage active and potential service issuesContract Details:

£150 – £160 Per Day (Inside IR35)
Onsite
3 Months Initial Contract (With Extension Possibilities)
Able to Gain to SC Clearance
