The role:
They are seeking a Communications Specialist/Technical Author to create and update User documentation for Software Applications. The role will suit someone with experience in documenting highly functional software applications for Desktop, Web, and Mobile environments and will report to the Product manager.​
Responsibilities include:

Comprehension and communication of technical products to different audiences including non-technical users and developers
*
Writing Release Notes
*
Writing Developer Guides
*
Product Blogs
*
Internal Comms via SharePoint
Required Skills:
*
Experience as Technical Author/Comms Specialist in a commercial environment
*
Methodical Approach
*
Eye for detail​
*
Experience working with issue tracking applications such as Jira
*
Ability to work to deadlines
*
Excellent communications skills
