We are super excited to be working alongside these guys and girls, their short journey to date has been rapid and unbelievably impressive! They have doubled in head count in the past 12 months and are on course to keep growing at the same speed. As a consultancy, they work with some of the most inspirational brands both in the U.K. and globally, with their reach predominantly covering the private sector, you can expect to form an integral role in a truly pivotal point in this awesome Consultancy's growth.
Whilst they may of made an incredibly start, they have no intention to rest on their laurels and stand still, meaning you can expect a huge amount of growth professionally as the company looks to grow around this role, a position they see as the Tableau/ visualisation guru!
What you can expect
To be working closely with your delivery lead to create the best visualisation strategy from project to project.
To be given all the right tools and most importantly unwavering support to ensure you're both super happy and super effective in your work.
Autonomy by the boat load and the freedom to really make this role your own.
What you'll need to make a real impact
It may be a given, but top notch visaulisation skills are integral. Ideally, you will have a good two years under your belt of creating production ready dashboards in Tableau. Though, if you've jumped from the Power BI ship and have a little less Tableau exposure that's no issue. Bonus point for a Tableau Certification – Though this is only seen as a "nice to have".
A good knowledge of the concepts Data Warehousing will prove more than handy.
Have a genuine drive to impress clients with your work. Naturally, you'll take immense pride in the work that you produce.
All sound good? Great! Well, you'll also be pleased to know that the package is equally as awesome; naturally the salary is dependent on experience but £45-55,000 is realistic. You can expect a huge amount of freedom long term when it comes to the working arrangements; as long as you can make it into central Bristol a couple of days a month and comfortable with the occasional trip to a clients HQ.
