A 3 months+ opportunity for a HR Systems Analyst has arisen with the local authorities in Cambrigde.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the new HRIS complies with all statutory requirements and is fit for purpose.
This includes primary responsibility for:
Assisting in the preparation and execution of test scripts and applying the tests on the new system to ensure that all modules are as per spec;
Capturing, analysing and reporting any areas of concern with build to supplier;
monitoring and reporting upon timely completion of raised calls to help ensure project stays on plan;
testing of resolved calls to ensure the quality and standard of resolution meets expectations
overseeing the input and processing of all data for parallel runs.
Provide expert input through ongoing analysis of the Council's HRIS i-Trent build and implementation.
Prepare test scripts to capture payroll processes.
Manage all calls and deliver frequent reports on all open calls.Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience of working with i-Trent
Experience of testing systems
Working in a customer orientated environment
Extensive experience of working in an administrative or Payroll environment
Experience of providing training and development to a range of audiences
Detailed knowledge of Payroll associated policies, processes and proceduresStandard hours of work are 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
