As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their IT systems and processes. You will lead digital system implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your expertise in Microsoft platforms, including no-code solutions like Power Platform, will be crucial in driving their digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage digital system implementation projects from conception to completion.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement IT solutions.
Provide expert support and troubleshooting for IT systems and processes.
Utilize Microsoft platforms, including Power Platform, to develop no-code solutions that enhance business processes.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system implementations and process improvements.
Train and support end-users to maximize the benefits of IT systems and tools.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices.Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including no-code solutions like Power Platform.
Demonstrated experience leading digital system implementations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
