As Systems Administrator you will be joining one of Northern Irelands largest Public Bodies where you will provide support in the Implementation and upgrades of systems by asset data collection, analysis, reporting and configuration of systems. The Systems Administrator will also be responsible for the day to day maintenance of a range of information management systems to support their Property Division.
This is initially an 18 month contract with the potential to extend or be made permanent.
As Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the following:
Manage the ongoing integrity of Computerised Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System comprising of Concept Evolution and multiple interfaces with other systems.
Support the Design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of new systems to meet new business needs and changing technology in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the Property Department in establishing fit for purpose systems that conform with company policy and standards.
Develop and populate Asset Management databases including Concept and the in house cloud-based Data Warehouse
Produce status / compliance reports to manager to ensure business benefits are met.
Support and coordinate the ongoing development of the CAFM system to achieve optimum implementation within Property & Estates.
Undertake planned and regular monitoring, evaluation and verification of systems to ensure data integrity and focused training.
Perform checks to ensure validation of information on dashboards, inboxes, highlight reports and any other performance trackers.
Manage use of hardware and software applications, upgrades, user accounts; liaising with IT and reporting of any non-conformance.
Support training requirements and competencies for systems processes and procedures.
Ensure that there are robust processes for specification development, testing, verification and implementation of system changes.
Undertake other duties as may be requestedTo be considered for the role you will have the following:
A minimum of 2 years experience in supporting a range of IT applications / systems and processing large volumes of data.
A minimum of an HNC qualification in a related ICT, business or relevant subject.
Competency in the use of MS Office packages including Office 365.
Ability to use MS Excel to analyse database information including the use of functions and formulas. Experience of writing MS-SQL scripts would be desirable.
