As part of our growing team, we are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join us in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

* Administer and maintain the stability, security, and effectiveness of IT systems, networks, and servers.

* Administrate and maintain Firewalls, Switches, Routers and WAP's

* Actively engage in addressing IT Support tickets.

* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

* Assist with implantation of IT Projects.

* Monitor system performance and ensure system security.

* Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, performance issues, and errors.

* Optimise system configurations for maximum efficiency.

* Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware/software issues.

* Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations when necessary.

* Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations and procedures.

* Manage inventory of hardware and software assets.

Requirements

* Technical Knowledge of Windows Server & Client OS administration and maintenance.

* Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office 365.

* Knowledge of Networking – TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, VLANs, DNS/DHCP etc.

* Experience with VMware.

* Experience of Cisco IOS & Linux (beneficial but not necessary).

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are a plus.
