Job Description

Support Engineer – Oxfordshire (5 days on-site) – up to £40,000
 
Our client is a global logistics company that is now looking for a 1st Line Support person to join and provide in-house support as well as communicate to the German Service Desk teams. You will be providing hardware and software support and be responsible for documentation processes. This is a key hire as the selected candidate will be fully responsible for this particular working site. 
 
Essential Skills (1 -2 years):
*Windows 
*Software and Hardware support 
*Ticketing systemsDesirable:
*German speakers would be ideal
