Support Analyst, Support Engineer, 1st/2nd line 

We have an opportunity for a Support Analyst / Support Engineer to join a healthcare technology company in Milton Park. This is a great role for a Support Analyst looking to start their career in support within a dynamic team! 

Joining a small team of IT Support Analysts, the Support Analyst / Support Engineer will provide day to day IT support covering 1st and 2nd line issues. Focussing mainly on desktop support but there is the opportunity to gain exposure to other areas, such as network and server support long term.  As a junior role, the company offer great training and support to progress you in your career.

What’s required of the Support Analyst? 

– Commercial experience providing desktop support 

– Experience working within a Windows environment

– Experience with Active Directory would be advantageous 

– Any experience providing network support would be highly sought after!
