Software Engineering Manager

Location – Hampshire/Hybrid

Salary – £80,000 – £95,000

An industry-leading organisation in the Hampshire area is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join the team at an exciting time of growth and transformation.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in the following:

* Developing clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns, ensuring the development team adopts this.

* Highly experienced in driving team performance and continuous improvement

* A strong general aptitude for programming and problem-solving.

* Strong experience with JavaScript, Node.JS, and SQL Server.

* Experience working with mature DevOps practices and can deep dive into the code when needed.

* Experience with automated testing and QA.

* Experience in building secure systems and implementing security best practices.

* Excellent communication skills.
