We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Software Development Manager join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Leading development teams, providing them with direction and technical leadership

* Ensuring the development team is consistent in its approach

* Planning and executing the release process for team deliverables

* Lead day to day workflows

* Managing the technical dependencies with other teams

* Maintaining strong relationships with customers and user base

* Mentoring junior colleagues

* Providing clear communication internally and externally

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience in similar role

* Experience managing teams internationally

* Experience with Java Development

* Experience with AWS Solutions Architecture

* Experience working in an Agile environment

* Excellent presentation skills
