ServiceNow Technical Consultant

6 Month Contract

Leeds (Hybrid)

£(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35)

ServiceNow Technical Consultant needed to develop Service Now solutions for a large-scale Government / (url removed) programme. 6 Month contract with strong chance of extensions.

Hybrid Working – twice every 2 weeks on-site in Leeds, with potential for this to reduce to twice/month over time. Start ASAP ideally in March/April 2024:

Key skills, experience + tasks will include:

Developing ServiceNow solutions for an IT Service Desk team + supporting a wider ITSM implementation / rollout for a critical national Central Government service.

ServiceNow API development, web service integration, coding, scripting, customisation + configuration expertise.

Developing self-service and automation, Service Portal, Orchestration + Integration Hub.

Screen tailoring, workflows, reports, data imports, 3rd party software integration + documentation.

Technical Environment: ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer Service Management, ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), WSD (Workplace Service Delivery), HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery).

Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, BAs, Architects, Project Managers + key stakeholders.

Acting as the Lead ServiceNow Developer including offering support to a small team of ServiceNow Developers.

SC Security Clearance preferred but not essential
