Overview

GT Consulting are supporting a high-profile enterprise in appointing a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role is suited to an experienced architect who combines deep technical knowledge with strong stakeholder influence and design authority capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the technical authority across ServiceNow architecture, design, and governance

*

Define and drive the platform roadmap and overall strategy

*

Lead the design and build of core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications

*

Ensure scalability, security, and performance across all integrations and workflows

*

Provide leadership across design workshops, solution reviews, and governance boards

*

Mentor and guide developers and administrators, embedding technical best practice

*

Stay ahead of product releases, marketplace solutions, and emerging technologies

*

Champion compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards

Required Skills & Experience

*

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect in large-scale enterprise environments

*

Hands-on expertise across TSOM, ITSM, and at least two of ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps

*

Strong integration background: REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server

*

ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and platform data modelling

*

CMDB design, Discovery implementation, and ITIL process alignment

*

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Certifications

*

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

*

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

*

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

*

Progress towards or attainment of ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

*

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Agile delivery
