We have partnered with a market leading local business seeking an IT Service Desk Technician role based in Ipswich.
What is the role?

To provide structured and organised support to internal staff
Work to agreed Service Desk processes using ITIL best practices
Complete and escalate tickets where appropriate
Deploy and set up hardware 
What do you need?

Proven Service Desk experience
Microsoft Technologies (Win 10, O365)
Strong IT troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Self-motivated with ability to use initiative
