My social housing client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Supervisor for a permanent role with a base office location in Merthyr. Reporting to the Infrastructure & Security Manager this role will be responsible for the guidance & leadership of a small team of Service Desk Analysts whilst acting as a point of technical escalation as required.
Technology wise we're dealing with a primarily Microsoft environment with Windows 10 & Windows Server 2016 and experience with Exchange and/or Office 365 would be beneficial. Strong understanding of ITIL processes & standards is required as well as working to, and reporting on, SLA standards. Previous experience managing a small Service Desk team would be ideal though this role could suit a Senior Service Desk Analyst who is looking to take a step up into a leadership position.
