Service Desk – Customer Service, Laptops, Mobile Devices – London – *Inside IR35*

My client has an urgent requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to help the time during a busy period. Customer Service and communication skills are key for this position whether you are supporting users face to face, over email / phone or via Teams. This is a relatively entry level role however you will need at least a years experience supporting users with account creation, PC and laptop configuration and imaging ,equipment distribution and collection, mobile configuration, desk setup etc. The role is initiallly for a month but could easily extend for 3 months maybe longer.
