HELP DESK ANALYST | SERVICE DESK ANALYST | SUPPORT ANALYST | OFFICE 365 | ITIL | LONDON

You would be working for a well established real estate company te helpdesk support analyst is in the ‘first line’ to respond to calls, address them if they can be handled quickly and easily, or else place the request on the ticketing system to be picked up by either the IT Operations or IT Infrastructure teams

You’ll be utilizing the following skills and experience in this role:
• Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel and Word, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Teams calling an advantage.
• Strong understanding of PC and laptop hardware set-up and configuration.
• Able to navigate and set up iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
• Experience of facilitating the technical resolution of calls.
• Able to learn how systems operate, how they are administered, and how to troubleshoot.
• Work within standard IT development frameworks, documents work and understands the value it adds.

Desirable attributes:
• Strong customer service background and ethic. 
• Good verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Holds a UK driving licence
