Service Desk Analyst

An excellent opportunity to join a leading professional services firm at a time of growth in the Knowledge & Information department. The Analyst will support the business internationally with IT and extranet platforms. Previous experience in these platforms is not required, candidates from a Service Desk background are likely to be suitable for this role. This is a 12 month contract based in London with a mix of remote and office based working.

Candidate requirements:

* A background in Service Desk roles

* Ideally experience working in an international professional services firm such as accounting, consulting or law firms.

* Excellent communication skills

* System administration experience

* User training experience
