Service Desk Analyst

New 3 month contract opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join a leading Managed Service Provider with immediate effect. 

PLEASE NOTE: This role will require a mixture of on-site (2 days) and remote work (3 days) and therefore candidates must live within commutable distance of Central London.

The Company

You will be working for a leading Managed Service Provider and they are looking for someone to come in and support IT operations in a service desk environment at 1st/2nd line level, escalating issues where need be to help ensure a smooth and effective support operation.

Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities

BAU support across desktop and infrastructure applications
Troubleshooting and diagnostics
Correctly and efficiently log incident requests 
Weekly and monthly administrative tasks like BAU stock review etc
Network Monitoring

Service Desk Analyst Requirements:

3+ years' working as Service Desk Analyst in a fast-paced environment
IP Phone Systems
Windows 10

Service Desk Analyst Interview Process:

This is a contract requirement with a start date ASAP. CV's are currently being considered and interviews are taking place from 9th May. The interview process will be 2 stage and candidates will need to be available to start within 2 weeks.
