Service Design & Transition Manager
We're working in partnership with a client who're looking for an experienced Service Design & Transition Manager to join their team. You will be leading, planning & coordinating the service transition activities across all functions, projects, supplies & service teams. You'll have Process Owner responsibility for ensuring that service design & service transition processes are developed, implemented and monitored whilst taking ownership of complex support issues where required.
You must have;
Significant experience working in a similar Service Deck and or Service Transition role
Be ITILv3 Practitioner of above
Experience implementing structure over an environment of high ambiguity and complexity
Experience delivering process improvements
