Job Description

Key Skills & Experience Required

* Demonstrable staff leadership qualities, excellent team player, able to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.

* At least five years' experience in an IT Service Desk or Service Delivery environment in a legal or comparable professional services environment is desirable.

* Experience with ITSM tools, in particular ServiceNow and/or Genesys, highly advantageous.

* Experience with supporting legal applications such as: iManage Cloud, InterAction etc. is beneficial.

* ITIL certified (at least Foundation level), with experience implementing and embedding ITIL best practice.

* Previous team leader or management experience is essential, particularly from a similar customer-facing environment.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* An ability to understand and explain IT solutions and issues to a non-technical audience.

* Professional manner with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.

* Tactful and diplomatic when in pressured situations.

* Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
