If you are a Service Delivery Manager looking for more responsibility or you want to work in a more varied role, this is the role for you!
Based in Manchester my client provides the highest level of service to their Private and Public sector clients. They deliver incomparable infrastructure knowledge spanning on premise solutions, technical services, shared Cloud platform, data centre solutions and fully managed support services.
That sounds great but what do they want from me?
You will be conducting service introduction meetings with new customers, producing regular service review reports, scheduling complete service reviews and act as the primary escalation point for Service Delivery!
That sounds great, what else?
You will work closely with the Service Desk and PM’s to ensure a smooth on boarding for new customers and work with the Head of Service to drive service improvements to their service management. It is essential you build a strong relationship with the Head of Service Desk to be able to communicate technical issues between them and the customer and vice versa.
