Job Title Service Co-Ordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Service Co-Ordinator to join a Services Department based in Nottingham
In this role, you will be:
Support the Service Delivery Manager in building strong working relationships with assigned customer, logistics partners and other departments
Be an escalation point for customer issues that Service Desk cannot resolve in a timely manner
Assess outcome of customer issues and provide recommendations to address root causes
Work with the Service Delivery Manager to discuss and agree making business decisions to resolve current escalations and minimise future escalations
Follow agreed service escalation process, escalating to Service Delivery Manager or Service Director, as appropriate
As requested by the Service Delivery Manager, contribute to regular SLA/KPI reporting
As requested by the Service Delivery Manager, conduct analysis of performance data to establish areas for improvement
Work with the Service Delivery Manager to utilise business and industry knowledge to propose feasible improvements to meet and exceed SLA's
The ideal candidate will have:
Must be educated to a minimum of A Level standard, including English and Maths OR have a proven and demonstrable track record in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, including working with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Must have a versatile, professional, and dynamic approach to customer resolution including via email, telephone, and Teams etc.
Previous experience in a similar customer service facing role is essential.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
A proactive individual who readily undertakes and resolves difficult tasks and challenges
The ability to work to deadlines and multitask under pressure
Applies critical-thinking and problem-solving to identify root causes
Is accurate and has excellent attention to detail
Must be confident and able to offer solutions and explanations/resolution in a practical and straightforward way
Prior experience in a problem-solving environment
Familiarity with business support software
A basic understanding of programming or IT systems
Experience of managing a demanding customer
