In this role you will work in a technically challenging fast-paced environment, working with a range of innovative products and clients providing a range of support and technical knowledge to the rest of the site.
The ideal candidate will be a technical support engineer from an IT, Networking, hardware & Tech support background. Ideally you will have a solid understanding of network routing and switching protocols.

*Provide on-demand support to key customers
*Work alongside colleagues to identify, diagnose and resolve internal issues; ensuring wider teams have the computing tools
*Complete Project work to design and deliver service enhancements
*Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols
*Strong knowledge and experience in working with and using a range of wireless technologies and 'topologies'
*Strong understanding of Microsoft (Active Directory and Group Policy)
*Previous experience in IT Support, Network Engineering, Technical Support, 3rd Line Support
