Senior Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Our client provide a market leading B2B product to large companies around the world. They are looking for an experienced Senior Support Engineer to join their Customer Success, Sales, and Development teams in solving upcoming problems and questions for current and potential new customers This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced, multicultural, and enthusiastic team, with huge potential for career progression.
The role will involve Investigating bugs and answering technical questions and provide solutions, code snippets, and workarounds. The successfully candidate will work closely with their Core-, Android-, iOS-, Web-, and server teams as well as product management to get issues fixed and continuously improve the organisation’s products.
Strong commercial experience in technical customer success or support roles.
Programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Kotlin, Java, Swift, Objective-C, C#.
Understanding of concepts of developing mobile apps (Android and/or iOS).
Experience with common software development tools like git (GitHub), bug and issue tracking (JIRA).
Fluency in English, fluency in German or in other languages is not required, but a plus.
Experience with cross-platform development frameworks like Cordova, Xamarin, React Native or Flutter
