Senior Support Engineer
Caerphilly / Hybrid – 2 days WFH
£35,000 – £38,000

About you:
Someone who is reactive and proactive in their technical support
Can help and mentor Service Engineers with ticket escalations and technical progression.
Contribute to the business as a technical innovator, achieving mastery of your role, and taking ownership of all deliverables.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Office 365.
Experience with Windows Server administration (2016, 2019)
Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud-based deployments (Azure Virtualization, Endpoint Manager).
Ability to troubleshoot IT networks and infrastructure
Key Tasks
Install/configure software remotely.
Support client applications and software.
Configure and troubleshoot Virtual Servers and application deployment.
Assist with network issues and VLANs.
Setup, configure, and troubleshoot VPNs.
