An award winning, Digital Health business are recruiting for a DevOps Engineer, who will responsible for automating the delivery of highly available and resilient solutions, as well as developing the cloud infrastructure which supports their product.
*Lead role in DevOps related work (Service deployments/Pipelines/Containers/CI/CD)
*Working alongside Agile product teams to design and deploy a variety of digital solutions at scale.
*Produce features for a modern, cloud-based software infrastructure
*Deliver quality through test-driven development and exploration of the work delivered by the whole team
*Actively contribute to the DevOps strategy's technical direction through discussions, whiteboarding, evaluations, and investigations
*Designing, monitoring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for all of our services.
*Providing authoritative advice and guidance on the planning and execution of DevOps duties.
Core proficiencies & ideal experience:
*Strong software engineering background
*Knowledge/Experience of Web development stacks
*Experience with Docker (Kubernetes, ECS) and/or Serverless (Lambda) environments.
*Good familiarity with Cloud services esp. AWS.
*Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash etc).
*Application of Site Reliability Engineering & DevOps principles.
*Experience building & maintaining CI/CD Pipelines
*Agile development methodologies.
You will be provided ample time to develop your knowledge in the world of DevOps, and will be provided with support when it comes to 'up-skilling', in particular when it comes to AWS Certifications.
