This business is the sole digital offering of the group, and have an excellent sales team building relationships with Governments, Banks, and Insurers around the globe to help nations, organisations and individuals grow better crops, and more of them, without impacting the environment, increasing chemical use or land use.

In this role you will own the vision and strategy of their primary geospatial software product. You will work closely with the Software Team and Data Teams to create this platform. You will also have a team of Product Managers and Designers reporting into you. Direction will come from you to define goals, strategies, and road-mapping. You will also listen to customer requirements carried out via interviews, testing, and analysis to continually improve the product. This role can be done remotely but it's expected that you would come to site once every couple of months.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Product Manager from a Geospatial or Software background. Candidates must be able to demonstrate/explain a Software product/platform they have previously managed and must have some experience within an Agile work environment. Strong communication is essential, especially so if not located in the Oxford areas as you'll regularly have to communicate with Engineering teams.

*Owning the Vision and Strategy of the primary geospatial software product
*Collaborating with Software and Data teams extensively
*A team of direct reports including Product Managers and Designers
*Fully remote with occasional site visits (once every couple of months)

*Senior Product Manager from a Geospatial or Software Background
*Strong communication skills
*Some experience within an Agile work environment
*Demonstratable product management / ownership experience
