The Role:

Our client, a B2B SaaS business who specialise in creating 'tech for good' software solutions, are looking to make an incredibly exciting hire – Their first full time Senior Product Manager. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will responsible for contributing to the ongoing development of their current product offering, whilst also working closely with stakeholders and customers to bring new offerings to market.

This business pride themselves (and their product) on being highly analytical and data driven, meaning that the Senior Product Manager should share these ways of working. Their platform leverages AI / ML, so it's crucial that the successful candidate has experience working with these emerging technologies.

Required Experience:

🚀 5+ years' experience working as a Product Manager (including some prior experience working in start-ups / SME's)

🚀 B2B or B2B2C SaaS experience

🚀 AI / ML product experience is highly desirable

🚀 Visual design/UX skills and the ability to create customer-ready, technically viable mock ups and prototypes

🚀 Prior experience working with government, public sector, or construction organisations is highly desirable

The Package:

⭐ Salary range: £60,000-£70,000

⭐ Flexible working hours (core hours are 10am-5pm GMT)

⭐ Paid team socials every other month

⭐ Company share options

⭐ Remote working

Working Set-Up:

While this company operate on a 'remote-first' basis, due to the nature of this role, you will be required in London (either in the companies offices – Barbican – or on client site) on a semi-regular basis. Any candidates looking to apply for this role should be able to commute to London on a monthly basis.

Interview Process:

1️⃣ Introductory conversation with the CEO / Founder (virtual)

2️⃣ 90 minute technical conversation with the companies Product Advisor (virtual)

3️⃣ Final 60 minute 'meet the team' (face to face)
