Hybrid 3 days in MCR office | £65k – £90k (DOE)

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will:

* Lead Backend Development: Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

* Optimise Performance: Identify and implement performance optimisations to ensure seamless user experiences.

* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.

* Embrace Cloud Technologies: Leverage the power of AWS to build cloud-native applications and infrastructure.

* Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

* Proven Java Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

* AWS Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.

* Database Mastery: Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB.

* Problem-Solving Skills: A keen ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and devise effective solutions.
