Senior IT Technician – Coventry £26,000 – £28,000 – Coventry
Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, Citrix, IOS/MAC, Service Now, MS Teams, VPN, Remote Support
We are seeking a Senior IT Technician to work onsite for our awesome client. Managing a variety of tasks/queries taken through phone calls, emails, portal queries (and other platforms such as social media) you will be the main point of contact / support for Internal Staff & Users. You will be responsible for both basic and more complex user issues ranging from simple password resets and access rights through to complex profile builds and connectivity issues. Following agreed procedures, you will take accountability and identify, prioritise, register and categorise incidents. Diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures. Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution Technical Skills required
2013/2016/Office 365
Windows 10/11 (IOS and Mac OSX advantageous
Experience using call logging system
Knowledge of Citrix
Active Directory / Azure AD. Adding/Deleting users assigning OU’s and access rights
GPO
MS Teams – Remote logon/ Support etc
Citrix
Please not that this will initially tart on an 18 month hourly rate contract but will move into full time permanent work within 6 months.
Shifts available is
Full time Monday – Friday 930am – 530pm
